Anywhere wrap-up

The inaugural Anywhere Theatre Festival has finished, after 10 days of sold out shows.
From a mobile show held to a captive audience in the back of a car to a Shakespearean adaptation under the stars on a historic penal colony island, the 2011 Anywhere Festival was a world-first theatre event that has put Brisbane on the map. The word from the organisers is that the festival exceeded expectations and attendance predictions, and that next year will be even bigger and better, with more unexpected locations.
Congratulations to all who were a part of this exciting event. We can’t wait for next year’s festival!
